Another small detail that I love is when the detectives and Blanc are reviewing everyones stories of the night, Joni either forgets or (what is more likely) purposefully hides/lies about something. According to the detectives, when Joni checks up on Harlan and Marta, she ends the conversation with “love you” but in reality, she ends the conversation with asking/talking about the “family situation” and the double dipping in allowance. Just another detail to how Joni was really secretive about her need for money. Its small but it shows how when we remember, we tend to remember what we want to. Its easy to slip something false into a lot of truth. Wow, Cap finally gets to curse! xD. This movie is perfect! So much fun. The guy who played the villain was either seriously high on narcotics throughout filming, or hes the greatest goddamn actor of all time.

I love how Michael Shannon is simultaneously the most intense and funniest person in the room. Fun fact: this movie takes place in modern day detroit. 3:35 Exactly morphine almost immediately makes you feel super woosy and he took a pretty long time for the explanation. Looks really lame.
